Your mission
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who also understands simracing deeply. We initially want to start on a contract basis with the vision to bring you onboard full-time eventually. You will take full ownership of our already established paid marketing engine, both strategic and hands on:
Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms, starting with our established base on Meta
Define and own the performance marketing strategy and channel mix, ensuring efficient, scalable growth
Lead creative testing, from ad copy to video concepts, tailored to the simracing community
Build, track, and report KPIs with clear ROI visibility
Run experiments to identify and scale new channels
Collaborate with the team on funnel optimisation including landing pages, onboarding, conversion
Stay plugged into simracing culture to craft authentic campaigns that resonate
Continue the profitable foundation we have built and professionalise it
